Thanks for all the ideas! For tonigt, it's Beef Stew with everything: tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, bell pepper, cabbage, and if I had celery, that would go in too. Shake up the beef cubes in some flour, salt, pepper, then fry in a big pot in a little bit of oil til browned. Then add Beef Boullion/Stock, simmer for 1.5 hours till beef is tender, then add veggies for about 20 minutes til tender.... :)
A little country town on the North Shore of Hawaii, makes it a bit hard to eat fresh for a good price..but we found a way. We like to eat our Fruits & Veggies, share yummy recipes & trade Food / Cooking Tricks.

Oh, and some italian seasoning. makes a world of difference. :)
