Spicey Mexican Chicken

I was feeling in the mood for Mexican, so last night I found this recipe online from allrecipes.com


Ingredients:
6 - 8 boneless skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
1/2 C mayo
1 packet of Taco Seasonings
1-2 T fresh squeezed lime juice

Cooking Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375
2) Slice Chicken into strips
3) Combing mayo, seasonings and lime. Mix well.
4) Dip chicken into mayo mix, all sides.
5) Place chicken into greased 9 x 13 pan.
6) Bake for 25 - 30 min.

Serve over Mexican rice. so yummy!1
