pizza dough

here is the recipe for the class today.
2 C warm water
2 TBL yeast
combine and let bubble for a minute or two
2 TBL oil
2 TBL sugar
2 tsp salt
5 1/2 C flour
let rise 10-15 minutes
split dough into sizes desired and roll out.
top with your fav toppings
bake 425 degrees till golden brown on edges approx 20 minutes.

this makes 2 cookie sheet size pizzas.
